Enjoy Halloween safely. There will no parade in Ghent this year, enjoy yourselves at this popular event! Back by popular demand – the Halloween drive through at the Chatham Fairgrounds! This event is free to the public and all are welcome. Hours will be 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Sunday, October 31st. Thanks to all of the local emergency service providers who sponsor this event and make it such a huge success!
