This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ghent which will be filed on or before May 1, 2023.

Notice is hereby given that the Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Ghent, NY, in the County of Columbia, for the year 2022, has been completed by the undersigned Assessor, and a certified copy thereof has been filed in the office of the Town Clerk on the 1st day of July, 2022, where the same will remain for public inspection.

As part of the reassessment process for 2022, the assessor’s office has mailed to all commercials in the town of Ghent an Income and Expense Survey. The information we are asking for is critical for accuracy in the process of establishing fair and equitable assessments. Any information collected will be kept confidential (with the exception of inventory information).
