Notice of Meetings and Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that all regular monthly meetings of the Town of Ghent Planning Board, held on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m., will once again be conducted in person at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a special meeting of the Town of Ghent Planning Board on June 22, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m. with a public hearing for the purpose of considering a modified site plan approval for the lands of Bartlett House Holdings, LLC, 2258 Route 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 75.4-2-8). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
