TOWN OF GHENT NOTICE OF MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to the statewide response to the Coronavirus, the July workshop and regular meetings of the Ghent Town Board will be held via the “Zoom” online meeting platform. The Town Board workshop meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on July 16, 2020. The regular Town Board meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. on July 16, 2020. While the Town Hall will be physically closed, these meetings will be open remotely to the public to follow along and to participate during the public comment portion of the regular Town Board meeting. To attend, please visit zoom.us and then click “Join a Meeting”. You will be prompted to enter the following Meeting ID: 896 1926 0027. You will then be prompted to enter the following Meeting Password: July. If you do not already have it installed, your browser should prompt you to install Zoom. If you would prefer to attend a meeting by phone, please dial (929) 205-6099, enter the Meeting ID: 896 1926 0027, and then enter the Password: 238116. For those unable to join online or by phone, the meetings will be recorded and minutes produced. Any changes will be posted to the Town’s website at www.townofghent.org.
