The Columbia County Department of Health has received the seasonal flu vaccine and has scheduled community drive-thru clinics for all Columbia County residents 2 years and older who would like a flu shot. Pre-registration is required to receive your Flu shot on the date you want to attend. If you do not register ahead of time, you cannot be vaccinated at that clinic. A separate registration form must be completed for each individual. Photo ID is required for each adult vaccinated.
If you are sick with any symptoms associated with Flu or COVID-19 illness (fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, chills, new loss of taste or smell, or extreme headache), please DO NOT come to the drive-thru clinic; call your primary care doctor or call our office at 518-828-3358 for further guidance.
You can register for a clinic by going to the Columbia County Department of Health website www.columbiacountynyhealth.com and clicking on the link for the clinic you would like to get your flu shot. If you do not have access to the internet you can call the drive-thru Influenza clinic registration message line at 518-828-3358 extension 1310. Leave your name and phone number and a staff member will contact you to complete the registration.
