PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Ghent Town Board on November 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the 2021 Preliminary Budget. The public hearing will be held via the “Zoom” online meeting platform. To attend, please visit zoom.us and then click “Join a Meeting”. You will be prompted to enter the following Meeting ID: 837 4591 6516. You will then be prompted to enter the following Meeting Password: 192029. If you do not already have it installed, your browser should prompt you to install Zoom. If you would prefer to attend the public hearing by phone, please dial (646) 876-9923, enter the Meeting ID: 837 4591 651, and then enter the Password: 192029. For those unable to join online or by phone, the public hearing will be recorded and minutes produced. Any changes will be posted to the Town’s website at www.townofghent.org. A copy of the 2021 Preliminary Budget may also be found on the Town website or obtained from the Ghent Town Clerk during normal business hours.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the monthly Ghent Town Board workshop meeting will begin immediately following the conclusion of the 2021 Preliminary Budget public hearing. This meeting will also be held via the “Zoom” online meeting platform. To attend, please following the same instructions as provided for the public hearing.
