Please take notice that due to the statewide response to the Coronavirus, the November meeting of the Ghent Town Board will be held via the “Zoom” online meeting platform beginning at 7:00 p.m. on November 19, 2020. While the Town Hall will be physically closed, this meeting will be open remotely to the public to follow along and to participate during the public comment portion of the meeting.
To attend, please visit zoom.us and then click “Join a Meeting.” You will be prompted to enter the following Meeting ID: 853 3256 7839. You will then be prompted to enter the following Meeting Password: 711580. If you do not already have it installed, your browser should prompt you to install Zoom. If you would prefer to attend a meeting by phone, please dial 1 (646) 876-9923, enter the Meeting ID: 853 3256 7839, and then enter the Password: 711580. For those unable to join online or by phone, the meetings will be recorded and minutes produced.
