Town of Ghent Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on April 7, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a Site Plan and Special Use Permit application made by 4C’s Realty, LLC, 1840 Rte. 9H, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 73.00-2-37.1), for expansion of its existing self-storage business. All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public via the Zoom online meeting platform. A link and instructions to join the public hearing will be posted to the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org) beginning 72 hours prior to the public hearing.

All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public via the Zoom online meeting platform. A link and instructions to join the public hearing will be posted to the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org) beginning 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
