TOWN OF GHENT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that all meetings of the Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals, regularly held on the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m., will be conducted and open to the public via the Zoom online meeting platform until further notice. A link and instructions to join each meeting will be posted to the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org) beginning 72 hours prior to each meeting.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals on April 14, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering an application for an area variance made by Ian Stewart on behalf of property owner Kathryn Terpstra, 1858 NY Rt. 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 84.-1-11). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public via the Zoom online meeting platform. A link and instructions to join the public hearing will be posted to the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org) beginning 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
