TOWN OF GHENT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals on February 9, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a variance for the expansion of a non-conforming use applicable to the lands of Mac-Haydn Theatre, Inc., 1925 State Route 203, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 65.-1-53). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public via the Zoom online meeting platform. A link and instructions to join the public hearing will be posted to the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org) beginning 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
