PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that I, Michelle Radley, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Ghent, County of Columbia, and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Ghent, for the year 2023, and that I will attend at the Town Hall, Ghent, N.Y. daily, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. until 2:30 P.M. for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on said roll.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2023, without charge of interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 1% for each additional month or fraction thereof until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Treasurer pursuant to law.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Law, the tax rolls of the Town of Ghent, will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Columbia on the 1st day of June 2023.
