PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on October 4, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a site plan application for the lands of THREEMCD, LLC located at 1 Taconic Place, Route 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 76.-1-1).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on October 4, 2023, beginning at 7:05 p.m. or immediately following the preceding public hearing, for the purpose of considering a site plan application for the lands of the Ghent Land Co., 2368 Route 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 75.4-2-31).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on October 4, 2023, beginning at 7:10 p.m. or immediately following the preceding public hearing, for the purpose of considering a site plan application for the lands of the Next Gen Signs, Inc., 950 Route 9H, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 91.-1-68.1).
The public hearings will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard. A link to the application materials can be found on the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org/current-applications).
