TOWN OF GHENT PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on December 6, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a special use permit application for a contractor facility to be operated on the lands of A&B Property Enterprises, LLC, located at 328 Falls Road, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 73.-2-55.3).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on December 6, 2023, beginning at 7:05 p.m. or immediately following the preceding public hearing, for the purpose of considering a special use permit application for a self-storage facility to be operated on the lands of 4C’s Property Management LLC, located at 1840 Route 9H, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 73.-2-37.1).
The public hearings will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard. A link to the application materials can be found on the Town of Ghent website.
