TOWN OF GHENT PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on January 3, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a lot line adjustment minor subdivision of the lands of Phillip Gellert, Kern Drive, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 104.-1-26.121).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on January 3, 2024, beginning at 7:05 p.m. or immediately following the preceding public hearing, for the purpose of considering a lot line adjustment, special use permit, and site plan application for a contractor facility to be operated by Nielsen Concrete Foundations at Grandinetti Drive, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 101.-1-11).
The public hearings will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard. A link to the application materials can be found on the Town of Ghent website (www.townofghent.org/current-applications).
