TOWN OF GHENT PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on May 16, 2024 the Ghent Town Board approved a land lease with Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless. The decision to lease municipal land is subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town Law and shall take effect thirty (30) days after its adoption, unless a petition is presented to the Town Clerk, conforming to the requirements of Section 91 of the Town Law, seeking permissive referendum.
