TOWN OF GHENT PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning
Board on February 4, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an application for a minor subdivision of lands owned by the Estate of Lee Taylor, located at 158 Carpenter Road, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 103.-1-24.2). The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard.
