NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Planning Board on April 1, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an application for a modified site plan review on lands owned by Julie and Roby Harrington, located at 1142 County Route 22, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 83.-1-31.120). The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard.
