NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR APPROVAL OF A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPECTRUM NORTHEAST, LLC AND THE TOWN OF GHENT
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Ghent Town Board on April 16, 2026 at 6:55 p.m. at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075, regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Ghent and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. At such public hearing, written and oral statements will be taken, and all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed franchise agreement may be viewed on the Town of Ghent website (Franchise Agreement) or inspected during regular business hours in the Office of the Ghent Town Clerk.
