Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:
- Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ghent is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen May 1- June 1at Ghent Town Hall, 2306 Rte. 66.
- Notice is hereby given that an Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ghent by phone appointment only on May 6 and 13 (9 am – 1 pm); May 20 (9-11 am and 6-8 pm); May 16 (8 am – 12 noon). You must schedule a phone appointment by calling 518-392-4644.
- Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Ghent will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Ghent Town Hall from 4 – 8 pm on May 26, 2026.

Completed applications can be mailed or dropped at Town Hall. They will not be accepted by email.
