Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent
Zoning Board of Appeals on May 13, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an area variance applicable to the lands of CN Project Management, 1238 State Route 9H, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 91.-1-7.111, 91.-1-7.120, 91.-1-7.200 and 91.-1-85). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
