PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent
Planning Board on August 5, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an
application for a special use permit and site plan review for Cedar Flow Construction and
applicable to the lands of David Rivenburgh Agency, Inc., 1870 Route 9H, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 73.-2-54.3). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
