PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ghent Planning Board will hold a public hearing, followed by a special meeting of the Board, on July 22, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for
the purpose of considering an application for a special use permit with site plan review and a lot line adjustment applicable to the lands CN Production Management, located at 1238 NY-9H, Ghent, New York 12075 (Tax Map Nos. 91.-1-7.111, 91.-1-7.120, 91.-1-7.200, and 91.-1-85). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
