PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent
Planning Board on September 2, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an application for site plan review brought by Bonnie Davis of Baker Addiction LLC in connection with a bakery retail shop to be operated on the lands of Black Point Associates, LLC, 2237 State Route 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 75.4-1-61). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
