meeting on November 11, 2026. The November meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals has been rescheduled and will instead be held on November 5, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town
of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals on November 5, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an area variance applicable to the lands of Amy Krane, 144 Habeck Road, Ghent, New York 12075 (Tax Map No. 84.-3-1.2). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
