PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent
Planning Board on November 4, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an application for a special use permit with site plan review applicable to the lands of 1346 NY 9 LLC, located at 1346 State Route 9H, Ghent, New York 12075 (Tax Map No. 82.-1-28.12). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
