TOWN OF GHENT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals on April 12, 2023, beginning at 7:05 p.m. at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075, for the purpose of considering a variance for the expansion of a nonconforming use applicable to the lands of THREEMCD, LLC, 2596 State Route 66, Ghent, New York (Tax Map No. 76.-1-1). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application.
