TOWN OF GHENT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ghent Comprehensive Plan Review Committee (“CPRC”), duly designated by the Town Board as a Special Board pursuant to Town Law § 272-a(4), will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ghent Town Hall, 2306 Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the Draft Comprehensive Plan prepared pursuant to Town Law § 272-a. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A copy of the Draft Comprehensive Plan is available for public review at the Ghent Town Hall during regular business hours and on the Town’s website at www.townofghent.org.
