Will hold its Organizational Meeting on Tuesday
January 6, 2026, 10:00 AM at the Ghent Town Hall, 2306 State Route 66
Ghent, NY. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Ghent Town Board on January 15, 2026, beginning at 6:45 p.m. at the Ghent Town Hall, Route 66, Ghent, New York 12075, held pursuant to Town Law Section 272-a for the purpose of considering adoption of the Town of Ghent Comprehensive Plan prepared for and presented to the Town Board by the Town of Ghent Comprehensive Plan Review Committee.
Read more.These hearings are for the purpose of considering Resolutions authorizing the Town of Ghent to enter into contracts for fire protection services with the Ghent Volunteer Fire Company, the Village of Chatham and the West Ghent Volunteer Fire Company.
